規約

全額〔レント、+税金｛ホテル税と州税、１１．６２０％＋クリーニング料金＋,何かの追加チャージ例えばエックストラベッド等など＋（デポジット全部１ヶ月分ごとに$５００で、帰る日に$５００は返されます。デポジット参照）>

支払いは、現金、旅行小切手、現金小切手, マニーオーダーと、メージャークレディットカード（VISA, sマスターカード　　ＪＣＢカード

すべてのコンドレンタルは$５００ 2ヶ月以上＄１０００の保証金が予約と同時に必要です。このお金は、チェックアウトの時１４日以上かかることは絶対ありませんにキーとパーキングパスとひっかえにお返しします。
クリーニング料金
料金はサイズと予約の日数によって違います。クリーニングりょうきんには、４．７９%のハワイ州税かかります。
クリーニング料金:ワイキキコンド
１つのスタディオ　ユニット　$60+州税（４．７１２％）
１つのベッドルームユニット $75+州税
２つのベッドルームユニット $90+州税<BR>

クリーニング料金マウイ島のユニットは、 $60
追加料金：普通の掃除よりモット頻繁に掃除して欲しい場合

１ッ週間以上は上記料金ですが、それ以下の場合は下記の料金になります。
１つのスタディオ　ユニット　$１０+州税
１つのベッドルームユニット $１２．５０+州税
２つのベッドルームユニット $１５+州税
１ッ週間以上のの予約は洲の中ごろにトラッシュの掃除と新しいシーツの取替え。
デポジットは追加$１００（電話などの）が加算されデポジット総計は、$６００になり、帰るときに返されます。

カーパーキング

ほとんど1台無料パーキングがありますが、余分の車１日$１０でもありますが、
キャンセルの場合
全部のキャンセルチャージは最低$１００から
<P class=justify> Cancellations with less than 30 days notice prior to check-in are subject, but
not restricted, to the following penalties>
100% of the deposit (or the full amount of payments collected)

Please note that the penalties for cancellations during the Winter season
(１２月１日から４月１日までthrough April 1st) can vary depending on the length of the
reservation and the length of time between the cancellation and the scheduled
check-in date. The standard cancellation policy for the Winter season is
as follows:
90 日以上 - デポジットの50%
90 日以下 - デポジットの 100% (or up to the full amount of payments collected).

A "ノーショー" will automatically incur a forfeiture of all deposits
and/or rents received

チェックインの手続き
普通のチェックイン時間は午後 3:00pm. Exceptions are made for those who have paid for
an early Check-In. Please call us at (808)７３２－２２３７ or at (800) ３９３－５６８０
to arrange an early check-in time. The total amount (rent, taxes, cleaning
fees & any other applicable charges) is due at check-in. All keys are
issue on the day of Check-In which is conducted at our office in Waikiki
